        Ding Junfa (male and Han Nationality) was born in Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu Province on February 8, 1940. In 1964, he graduated from the Renmin University of China and later studied and worked in France. In 1967, Mr. Ding returned to China and successively served as Deputy Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Machine-Building Industry (currently known as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), Vice President of the Hefei University of Technology, Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Materials of P. R. C., Member of the Leading Party Group and Chief Economist of the Ministry of Internal Trade, Member of the Leading Party Group and Deputy Director General of the National Internal Trade Bureau, and Executive Vice President of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing and China Society of Logistics etc. Presently, Mr. Ding holds such positions as Advisor of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing, Vice President of China Marketing Association, Vice Director of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, and Distinguished Vice Chairman of China Association for Professional Managers and Honorary Chairman of Northeast Asia Logistics Society etc. 。
